From your dashboard, click "Create Job." Fill in the details including date, time, mass type, stipend, and any special requirements. Once posted, qualified substitutes in your area will be notified automatically.
Yes! You can view a substitute's profile which includes their experience, skills, ratings from other directors, and any certifications. This helps you make informed decisions when choosing a substitute.
Go to "Choir Management" to create and manage your choir. You can add members, schedule rehearsals, share music files, post announcements, and track attendance all from one place.
Absolutely! You can attach PDF sheet music, audio files, or other resources to job postings. This helps substitutes prepare before the service.
Use the "Find Jobs" feature to browse available positions. You can filter by date, location, mass type, and stipend. You can also set up preferences to receive automatic notifications for matching jobs.
Go to "Job Preferences" to set up your notification criteria including preferred locations, mass types, minimum stipend, and availability. When a matching job is posted, you'll receive an email and/or in-app notification.
After accepting, the job will appear in your calendar. You'll receive any music files or instructions from the director. After completing the job, you can create an invoice for payment.
We encourage you to honor your commitments. However, if an emergency arises, contact the music director immediately through the platform's messaging system. Frequent cancellations may affect your rating.
After completing a job, go to "Invoices" and create an invoice for the work. Submit it to the church for payment. Payment methods and timing vary by church - check with the music director for specifics.
Payment is handled directly between you and the church. Common methods include check, direct deposit, or cash. The platform helps you track invoices and payments but does not process payments directly.
Visit the "Earnings" section in your dashboard to view a summary of completed jobs, pending invoices, and payment history. You can also export reports for tax purposes.

Yes! On the job details page, you'll find options to add jobs to Google Calendar, Outlook, or download as an iCal file. You can also export all your jobs at once from the calendar view.
